Installing the KBOS
Group Workshops
AWAIH Group Workshops provide a tailorable 2-4 hour interactive introduction of the framework to an audience of executives or leaders. We introduce the contrast between little k kingdom versus capital K Kingdom business practices, drawing on practical examples like those presented in At Work As In Heaven. Once this groundwork is established, the session encourages and fosters audience participation via small group exercises and discussion, tailored to specific scenarios deemed relevant by the host. The desired outcome of the event is a transformed mindset amongst attendees, who've been equipped to begin intentionally pursuing the advancement of the Kingdom in their areas of influence.
The Workshop may be delivered to groups ranging from a few leaders to a few hundred. The hosting organization may present the workshop for clients, stakeholders, or portfolio companies; or may be a larger organization delivering the workshop to an internal gathering.

Installing the KBOS
The AWAIH team is now available, for a few select engagements, with catalytic business leaders to help mentor you and your teams through successful deployment of the KBOS. The process is fully tailored to your team and your situation, and may be delivered on an hourly (consulting) or fixed-price (roadmapped engagement) basis.
We'll generally start with a 1-2 hour Discovery Session with company founder(s) and/or key executive leaders to assess where you are with your Identity, Territory, Strategy and Operations. From there we'll build a proposal around a phased Deployment Roadmap so we're focused on the specific needs of your organization, addressed in the proper order, and delivered in a format that fits your scenario.
That may mean we kickoff the full KBOS implementation with an intensive multi-day executive retreat. Or it may mean a series of half-day working sessions. No matter the process, the initial phase will be followed with regular, ongoing check-ins and working sessions to ensure you are building the processes and practices that tangibly "move the needle" towards the reality of At Work As In Heaven.
For example, in one recent engagement, the Discovery Session revealed that our client had already done much valuable work on Strategy, was pretty clear on Identity (although with some tension between two specific Core Values in Operations), and hadn't done any work on Territory. The client, in the early stages of a scale-up, was not in position to pull key employees out of their daily work for a multi-day intensive.
Accordingly, we broke the initial Deployment into a series of 3-4 hour blocks, starting with Operations, and the refinement processes; followed by using those newly defined processes to resolve the Core Values Issue. With those robust mechanisms in place, we could then address Territory.
